[bug fix] Fei might have died in chapter 10 due to code error!

I’m adding ad hoc fixes to the beginning of chapter 11, 12, and 13, so the side effect of this fix might make a Fei that shouldn’t have died suddenly be alive again if you are currently in between these chapters. Sorry about the breaking of immersion! ^_^;

I’m not sure if there would be other side effects as a result of this unintentional-death-and-now-unexpected-resurrection. Please feel free to let me know if other things starts breaking!
